The U.C.C. utilizes the services of a Wedding Coordinator to schedule, organize, and facilitate weddings.

The wedding coordinator works with the bridal couple concerning all church related issues for the wedding. All paperwork to schedule weddings is sent to the wedding coordinator with a $60 deposit (refunded to members). No weddings are finalized on the church calendar until the signed paperwork and check are received. All fees and honorariums are due one month before the wedding.
The bridal couple will have two - four meetings with the pastor. Bridal couples will call the church three months before the wedding to schedule the meetings.
The bridal couple will meet with the organist once. Bridal couples will call the organist two months before the wedding to schedule the meeting.
The bridal couple will meet with the wedding consultant at least once. The wedding consultant will be available by phone at any time.
Weddings performed by the Pastor (or his/her delegate) of the Medina United Church of Christ Congregational only
Church organist to be used unless alternative is approved by her
