Dear Church,
Despite the distance, Medina United Church of Christ, Congregational continues to welcome, love, and serve in this time. We have found and continue to find new ways to connect in our isolation and be the church.
The time is upon us for our annual meeting where we approve our budget for 2021. We will follow the template we used in the spring since we cannot be together in person. We still need your input and vote! Please follow these steps:
- Read the reports at uccmedina.org/report
- Attend a Zoom Call: if you have questions about the budget on February 3rd at 7 p.m. Please email the office for the link if you would like to attend or call Kelly with any questions.
- Vote to approve the budget through our OneCall system on Thursday, February 4th at 7 p.m. or via paper ballot at the church
- Voting closes on Friday February 5th at 2 p.m.
NOTE on the Vote: We will have paper reports and paper ballots in the church library by the downstairs entrance Monday-Friday between 9-3. Or contact the church office at 330-725-4559 or office@uccmedina.org, and the documents will be delivered to you. There will be a box in the church library to return your paper ballot, or you may mail it to the church so it arrives before February 5th. A quorum of 58 votes is needed to approve the budgets. (This would be 10% of membership)
