Annual Meeting 2021

We are coming up on our Annual Meeting where our teams and committees provide their reports and we elect our new moderators. In this hybrid era, we want to ensure a quorum for our vote and we have the tool in place with our OneCall system. Please follow these steps:

1. Read the reports at uccmedina.org/report
2. Attend The Live Meeting: following worship on 5/16, for both live and livestream. This is to present the reports and overview.
3. Vote to approve the Reports, the New Moderator Elect, and the Proposed Amendments to the By-Laws through our OneCall system on Monday, May 17 at 7 p.m. or via paper ballot at the church.
4. Voting closes on Friday May 21 at 2 p.m.
5. Recap results on Sunday, May 23, Pentecost Sunday.

NOTE on the Vote: We will have paper reports and paper ballots in the church library by the downstairs entrance Monday-Friday between 9-3, or you may contact the church office at 330-725-4559 or office@uccmedina.org, and the documents will be delivered to you.  There will be a box in the church library to return your paper ballot, or you may mail it to the church so it arrives before May 20^th.  A quorum of 58 votes is needed to approve the budgets.  (This would be 10% of membership.)
